The individual will be fully accountable for all financial reporting and developing effective systems and processes. The person would report directly into the MD for the business, with a small team reporting into them.

The Company
The successful candidate will be working for a growing group. The business is led by an entrepreneurial MD.
The Role
The individual will be fully accountable for all financial reporting and developing effective systems and processes. The person would report directly into the MD for the business, with a small team reporting into them.
Responsibilities to include:
- Cashflow management
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Manage the month end process
- Co-ordination of monthly & annual forecasting
- Financial integration of new business acquisitions
- Managing a team of staff to ensure the above deadlines are met
- Liaising with external Accountant in relation to year end, taxation and other areas
The Candidate
- A fully qualified individual (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), with a clear ability to support an MD with business growth
- Experience of managing a team
- Knowledge of SAP preferable
- Good communication skills
